509. Reply.
- Within thirty days of the service of notice under rule 506 or 507 the opposite party may submit a reply to the application accompanied, if necessary, by an affidavit. The reply shall be accompanied by two copies thereof as well as the affidavit, if any. Copies of the reply and the affidavit, if any, shall be served upon the applicant by the Registrar.
