IA No.5925/2019 u/O VIII R 1 r/w Section 151 CPC filed by plaintiff in the suit for condonation of delay in filing the written statement to the counter claim IA No.5926/2019 u/S 151 CPC filed by plaintiff for condonation of delay in re-filing the aforesaid application Counter claim has been filed by defendant no.1.
Pleadings are already complete.
At the joint request, re-notify the captioned IAs for arguments on the next date of hearing. IA No.5932/2019 u/O VIII R 1 r/w Section 151 CPC moved by defendant no.2 to 4 in the counter claim for condonation of delay in filing the written statement to the counter claim; and IA No.5933/2019 u/S 151 CPC for condonation of delay in re-filing the aforesaid application moved by defendant no.2 to 4 in the counter claim Counter claim has been filed by defendant no.1.
Reply to IA No.5932/2019 has already been filed by counter claimant. However, no rejoinder to the same has been filed by the applicants till date. It is stated by the This is a digitally signed order.

IA No.15160/2019 u/O XXII R 2 r/w Section 151 CPC moved by plaintiff for impleading the LRs of defendant no.8 in CS(OS) 560/2016 It has already come on record that proposed two LRs of Late Shri Ram Karan/defendant no.8 i.e. Subh Ram & Suraj Bhan are already on record as defendant no.6&7 in the main suit.
The defendant no.6 has expired.
It is stated by learned counsels present today that defendant no.7 has also expired. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that he will take appropriate steps as per law qua impleadment of LRs of defendant no.6&7 IA No.2810/2020 u/O XXII R 4 CPC in CC No.32/2017 and IA No. 2811/2020 for condonation of delay in bringing on record of LRs of late Sh. Ram Karan, defendant no.4 in the counter claim; both IAs moved by defendant no.1/counter claimant The right of proposed LRs i.e. Subh Ram and Suraj Bhan to file reply to captioned IA already closed.
At the joint request, re-notify captioned IAs for consideration on 06.12.2023.
