Section 15(3) in The Calcutta Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
(3)If any of the officers referred to in sub-section (1) is in the service of Government, the Corporation shall make such contribution towards his leave allowance, pension and provident fund as may be required by or under the conditions of his service under Government or the terms and conditions of his service under the Corporation, as the case may be, to be paid by or for him.
