Intra-court appeal is barred by 105-days. No sufficient ground has been made out so as to interfere in the instant intra-court appeal. Apart from that, there are subsequent development taken place and the State has acted upon on certain decisions in the instant case. We are not inclined to condone the delay.
The application U/s.5 of the Limitation Act is dismissed. In consequence thereof, the appeal is dismissed being barred by limitation.
The stay application also stands dismissed.
