Section 15(1) in Gujarat Panchayats (Amendment) Act, 1966
(1)in sub-section (1), after clause (xvii), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-"(xviii) in lieu of any two or more separate taxes specified in clauses (i), (vii), (viii) and (xvb), a consolidated tax on buildings or lands or both situated within the limits of the gram or, as the case may be nagar."
