528. Form of advertisement.
- Where an advertisement is required for any purpose, it shall, unless otherwise prescribed by the Rules in this chapter or directed by the Judge, be inserted once in the official gazette, and once in two daily newspapers, circulating in the locality where the company has its registered office or a principal place of business or assets and liabilities, as the case may be.Section-BReduction of Capital
