The Competent Administrative Authority i.e., Secretary (Department of Defence Production) has given his approval to implement directives of Hon'ble CAT Bangalore and High Court of Karnataka i.e. to treat the resignation of Shri T. Lokesh as 'Technical Resignation'and accordingly to grant pensionary benefits to Shri T. Lokesh (Ex-SSO-I).
