67. Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may by notification in the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.] Gazette, do anything not inconsistent with such provisions which appears to them to be expedient or necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
