7. Removal of doubts.
- For the removal of doubts it is hereby declare that the restriction imposed by section 6 on the rights conferred by clause (1) of Article 19 of the Constitution of India shall be deemed to be reasonable restrictions.Chapter-IV Power to make orders detaining certain persons
