Section 2(f) in Delhi District Courts (Right to Information) Rules, 2008
(f)'Public Information Officer', means an officer so designated under sub-section(1) of section 5 of the Act, and includes an officer designated as 'Link Officer' under said subsection to work in the absence of the 'Public Information Officer' by the District Judge who shall not be below the rank of a Superintendent;
