Section 19(1) in The Gujarat Land Requisition Act, 1948
(1)The [State] [The word 'State' was substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] Government may by notification in the Official Gazette make rules to carry into effect the purposes of this Act.
