Section 3(7) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Statutes, 1990
(7)Upon receipt of a request from the Vice-Chancellor or under his direction from the Registrar, the Director General of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research shall nominate a person to represent the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. The person so nominated shall become a member of the Executive Council for three years from the date of his nomination.
