Section 26(2) in Haryana Municipal Drainage and Sanitation Bye-laws, 1977
(2)Dwelling without individual conveniences shall have the following fitments, namely :-(a)one water tap with draining arrangements in each tenement ;(b)one water closet and one bath for every two tenements ; and(c)water taps in common bath rooms and common closets.
