25. Restriction on export or import of fish seed of notified kind or variety.
- No person, agency, association or firm having registration and licence for export or import shall, for the purpose of rearing or culture or recreation or export or import or cause to be exported or imported any fish seed of any notified kind or variety unless,-(a)it conforms to the minimum size, free from pathogen, disease, infections specified for that fish seed under section 13; and(b)its container bears the mark or. label with the correct particulars thereof specified for that fish seed.
