Section 72 in The M.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972
72. Operators.
- The electrical plant and projecting apparatus shall be in the hands of qualified persons who shall be nominated in writing for this purpose by licensee of the cinema, and such nomination shall be subject to the approval of the Electrical Inspector :Provided that the electrical installation shall be in charge of a properly qualified person (Class II Wireman) and his name and qualification shall be notified to the Electrical Inspector for approval.
