Section 5(2) in The Great Eastern Hotel (Acquisition of Undertaking) Act, 1980
(2)The Hotel Authority shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession and a common seal, shall have power to acquire, hold and dispose of property, both movable and immovable, to enter into contracts and to do all other things necessary for the purposes of this Act and shall by its name sue and be sued.
