Section 35(1) in Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University Act, 1999
(1)The University shall constitute for the benefit of the employees and teachers such provident or pension funds or provide such insurance schemes as it may deem fit in such manner and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.
