Section 27(b) in The M.P. Griha Nirman Mandal Adhiniyam, 1972
(b)he shall report the action taken by him under this section and the reasons to the Board at its next meeting and shall also submit a copy of his report to the State Government and the Board, or the State Government may issue such direction as it may deem fit on such report.
