2. Petitioner was appointed as a Conductor in the BTS
- : 'Division "during July 1980. The period of | probation was completed on April 1983. He is working in Mysore Division. According to the petitioner, the employees who were junior to him have been promoted as Traffic Controller during 2000 itself and despite giving several representations his case has not been considered. yer
