Section 12 in The West Bengal College Service Commission Act, 1978
12. Report of the Commission. -
It shall be the duty of the Commission to present annually to the Governor a report as to the work done by the Commission and on receipt of such report the Governor shall cause a copy thereof to be laid before the State Legislature.
