Section 39(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Dissolution of Muslim Marriages Act, 1999 (1942 A.D.)
(1)A cooperative may mobilize funds in shape of equity capital, deposits and loans from its members in such form, to such extent and under such conditions as may be specified in the articles of association [but shall not include the bank services] [Added by Governor Act No. 52 of 2018, dated 16.12.2018.].
