Section 2(1) in Rajasthan Government Clinical Establishment (Registration and Regulation) Rules, 2013
(1)In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-(a)"Act" means the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act 2010;(b)"Form" means form appended to these rules;(c)"Schedule" means Schedule appended to these rules; and(d)"Section" means section of the Act.
