10. Section 21.
- Form of the statements prepared under Rule 9 the Compensation Officer shall proceed to prepare the compensation statement in J.B. Form 6. The Compensation Officer shall thereupon after thoroughly checking the statements and all the subsidiary statements sign and date the same.
