(2)The orders of the Collector in appeal or of the [Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal] [These words were substituted for the words 'Divisional Commissioner' by the Maharashtra 23 of 2007 (w.e f. 1-8-2007) .] in appeal or revision shall be executed in the manner provided for the execution of the orders of the Mamlatdar and Tribunal under section 73.
