Section 45 in The Dadra and Nagar Haveli Excise Regulation, 2012
45. Penalty for abetment and conspiracy. - Any person who unlawfully releases or abets escape of any person arrested under this Regulation or abets commission of any offence against this Regulation, or engages himself in a criminal conspiracy for contravening the provisions of this Regulation shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year and shall also be liable to fine which may extend to fifty thousand rupees.
