Issue notice to the respondents on payment of process fee within seven working days by RAD mode, returnable in four weeks, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
Heard on the question of interim relief.
Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he is the bonafide purchaser of the land in question. The initial Patta of the land in question is of the year 1972 and the first sale deed was executed in the year 1987. The petitioner claims that he is still in possession of the property in question. He has placed reliance upon the order dated 08.08.2025 passed by this Court in identical circumstances in the case of Shailesh Kumar Verma Vs. The State of Madhya Pradesh and others (Writ Petition No.32008/2025) wherein this Court has granted interim relief to the petitioner therein. It is submitted that the name of the petitioner was recorded in the revenue records.
Considering the aforesaid, status quo with respect to the property in question be maintained by the parties, till the next date of hearing.

State counsel prays for and is granted four weeks' time to file a detailed response along with the stay vacating application.
