(1)Every State Dam Safety Organisation shall render its instructions to the owner of a specified dam on the safety or the remedial measures required to be taken with respect to it.(2)Every owner of the specified dam shall comply with the instructions issued by the State Dam Safety Organisation with regard to safety or remedial measures in relation to any specified dam owned by it.
