Section 9(1) in The Chemical Weapons Convention Rules, 2016
(1)The Authority, for the purposes of submission of various declarations to the Organization, as obligated under the Convention, shall have the powers to call for any information pertaining to the Act from any person or agency which, in its opinion, is likely to have the information.
