(c)Further, the Procurement MIS shall be developed in a query based format to allow for in-depth analysis and ease of use, providing real time information about the status of the bid at any point of time. This shall be integrated with the e-procurement portal in order to further track performance on various parameters, including performance of contracts, delays and penalties imposed.
