Section 216(1) in The Gujarat Municipalities Act, 1963
(1)The State Government, in the case of section 214, and the Collector, in the case of section 215, may at any time-(a)withdraw any such power,(b)cancel or modify any limitation, restriction or condition prescribed in respect of any such power; or(c)cancel any order passed by a municipality in exercise of any such power.
