(k)Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules the Executive Officer may in respect of a corner site abutting two or more roads prescribed such special conditions as may be necessary in each particular case in the light of features like the width, relative importance of the roads, visibility of traffic, set-back lines of adjoining buildings, axis of wings buildings, harmony of design and portion of agress and ingress on the premise.
