30. Register of leave with wages.
(1)The employer shall in respect of employees employed in his industrial premises keep an up-to-date register in Form VI [(hereinafter referred to as the Register of Leave with Wages (Regular Employees)]:Provided that, if the competent authority is of opinion that any muster roll or register maintained by the employer as a part of the routine of the industrial premises gives the particulars required for the enforcement of the provisions of sections 26 and
