Section 73(1) in Orissa State Financial Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1975
(1)The power to grant leave shall vest in the Managing Director in the case of officers and subject to such general or special directions as may be issued by him in the Secretary in the case of other employees and, except as provided in these Regulations or in any directions issued by the Managing Director all applications for leave shall be addressed to the authority empowered to grant leave.
