Notwithstanding anything contained in these Rules(a)Every person, on arrival at a port in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, shall be required to produce valid certificate of vaccination against cholera and small-pox.(b)Any person who cannot produce such certificates may be isolated in such place as may be approved by the Health Officer for this purpose or placed under surveillance for such period, as the Health Officer may consider necessary.
