                                       ORAL ORDER

1. The present application is moved by the applicant-convict through jail seeking Temporary Bail for a period of 30 days on the ground of providing financial help to the old aged widow mother.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the jail remarks and other material placed on record.

3. After filing of this application, learned Page 1 of 2 HC-NIC Page 1 of 2 Created On Sat Sep 16 07:29:07 IST 2017 R/CR.MA/17540/2017 ORDER Additional Public Prosecutor was asked to verify this fact. Upon verification, the Police Inspector, Crime Branch, Ahmedabad City submitted his report dated 06.09.2017 addressed to the Government Pleader Office, wherein, it is stated that the mother is looked after by other three sons and family. The statement of mother is also recorded on 01.09.2017 wherein, she has categorically stated that her three sons are living in joint family and she is looked after by three sons and family. The ground projected before this Court is not a genuine for the release of applicant on Temporary Bail.

4. In the facts and circumstances, the prayer made by the applicant-convict seeking temporary bail deserves to be rejected at this stage. Accordingly, the present application is rejected. Rule is discharged.
