ORAL ORDER
1. The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking relief against the removal of cabin by the Nagarpalika.
2. Heard learned advocates for the respective parties.
3. Considering the issue involved in the matter, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to make representation, with necessary details / documents, to the respondent no.1 Nagarpalika, within a period of two weeks from today.

4. If such representation will be made by the petitioner, the respondent no.1 - Nagarpalika shall decide the same, in accordance with law and considering the record available with it, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation from the petitioner.
5. It is expected that the Authority will not take any coercive action against the petitioner till the representation is decided. It is made clear that by this, it will not create any equity in favour of the petitioner.
6. With above direction, present petition is disposed of, as no further prayer can be granted to the petitioner at this stage. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated.
Direct service is permitted.
