20. Notice of meeting. - Seven days' clear notice of any meeting of the Managing Body, specifying the place, day and hour of the meeting and the general nature of the business to be transacted, shall be given to every member of the Managing Body, by notice sent by post; provided that the accidental omission to give such notice to any of the members shall not invalidate any resolution passed at such meeting.
