Section 3(2) in The Bombay Nursing Council (Reorganisation) Order, 1962.
(2)The members of the Council established under Clause (b) or Clause (c) of sub-paragraph (1) shall hold office for a period of two years or until a new Council is duly established by the State Government concerned for its area under Section 3 of the Act, whichever is earlier.
