Section 62(2) in Uttar Pradesh Private Universities Act, 2019
(2)Notwithstanding the repeal of the Acts enumerated in the Schedule 1 mentioned in subsection (1), all the decisions made, Acts performed, rights and liabilities created and exhausted by the Universities established under the repealed Acts shall be deemed to be valid under this Act.
