Section 63 in The Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922
63. Mode of payment.
- The remuneration prescribed under section 61 for members of the tribunal and the salaries, leave allowances and acting allowances prescribed under this Act for clerks, officers and servants of the tribunal [5 of 1908], shall be paid by the trust to the president of the tribunal for distribution.
