BEFORE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MV MURALIDARAN 10.06.2022 Originally, the matter was adjourned to 13.06.2022 whereas for the urgency of the petitioner, Mr. Th. Babloo, learned counsel for the petitioner mentioned before the Hon'ble Chief Justice seeking early hearing for withdrawal of this Anticipatory Bail Application. [2] Accordingly, the matter has been directed to be posted today. [3] When the matter is taken up today, I heard Mr. Th. Babloo, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. H. Samarjit, learned PP for the Respondent.

[4] Mr. Th. Babloo, learned counsel for the petitioner represented before this Court that on instruction of his client by namely the Anticipatory Bail Petitioner, Mr. Th. Babloo,learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Anticipatory Bail Application. [5] Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application in AB No.26 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn.
