Section 5(1) in Chhattisgarh Rice Procurement (Levy) Order, 2007
(1)Every miller shall submit a quarterly return to the Collector in a format prescribed by the Director giving information of Paddy purchased or procured in any other manner, stocks of Paddy and rice available with the miller and Paddy milled by the miller;
