(2)No owner of a cinematograph or other apparatus shall use the apparatus or allow it to be used, and no person shall take part in any public dramatic or circus performance or pantomime and no occupier of any premises shall allow the premises to be used in contravention of the provisions of this section or of any condition of a licence granted under this section.
