State of Maharashtra - Subsection

Section 3(1) in The Maharashtra Tax on Lotteries Act, 2006

(1)There shall be levied and collected a tax on the lottery schemes specified in column (2) of the Table hereunder, at the rates specified against them in column (3) of the said Table:-Table
