Section 2 in The Indian Partnership (Maharashtra Amendment) Act, 2017
2. Amendment of section 59A-1 of IX of 1932.
- In section 59A-1 of the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, in its application to the State of Maharashtra (hereinafter referred to as " the principal Act"), for the words "one hundred rupees" the words "one thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
