Section 8(2) in Bihar Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2013
(2)On an application made by registered District Sports Association. District Sports Council, on being satisfied that the Association fulfills the terms and condition for grant of affiliation, shall immediately pass an order granting affiliation and issue a certificate of affiliation to District Sports Association;Provided that District Sports Council shall not grant affiliation to more than one District Level Sports Association in a particular game or sport in a particular district;Provided further that if many Association in a particular game and sports make an application for grant of affiliation to District Sports Council, District Sports Council shall decide which of the Association deserves to be affiliated as District Level Sports Association in that particular game and or sport in accordance with manner prescribed by Bihar State Sports Council.
