Section 10(1) in Himachal Pradesh Early Childhood Care and Education Centres (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2017
(1)If the Directorate Level Committee is satisfied that the proposal for provisional registration is as per the objectives laid down under section 3, the Director shall grant provisional registration for a period of six months.
