Section 19(ii) in The Tripura Board of Secondary Education (Terms and Conditions of Appointment and Discipline of the Employees) Rules, 1982
(ii)An employee, who is entitled to retire under this rule and who has given the notice to that effect to the appointing authority, shall not be entitled to withdraw the notice or to withhold the operation of the period of notice except with the approval of the appointing authority.
