Section 67(4) in The West Bengal Factories Rules, 1958
(4)The canteen building shall be constructed in accordance with the plans approved by the Chief Inspector and shall accommodate at least a dining hall, kitchen, store room,pantry and washing places separately for workers and for utensils:Provided that the Chief Inspector may, in the case of factories existing on the date of commencement of these rules relax the provisions of this sub-rule to such extent as he considers reasonable.
