.-In terms of sub-section (2) of section 111 of the Act, the appeal against the orders passed by the adjudicating officer or the appropriate commission after the coming into force of the Act may be filed within forty-five days from the date, as notified by the Central Government, on which the Appellate Tribunal comes into operation.
